We have completed the move from Host Virtual to our own co-located server, with hosting by Velocity Telephone located in the Minnesota Gateway. The Minnesota Gateway is “The Most Connected Building in Minnesota”. At present time, the only major systems which remain down are www.chwhelp.com (and the related email addresses), and our main website. Chat, the Forums, and email are all fully operational. As of 12:35 a.m. PDT April 16, 2010, irc.crazyhotelworkers.com is again operational and the webpage at http://chat.crazyhotelworkers.com has been restored. We are working to restore other systems that were lost during the April 7 system failure however no estimate has been made as to when these systems will be restored.

On 7 April, 2010 we experienced a catastrophic server failure on the main CrazyHotelWorkers server. Only email survived. We are currently in the process of finding a replacement. In the mean-time, we apologize for any inconvenience. This could not have come at a worse time, as I am about to take a 2 week vacation.

The main CrazyHotelWorkers server experienced an unexpected outage for about 1.5 hrs tonight. We are working to determine the cause at this time. As of 8 pm central time, all services are back online and operational.

We received the following email this afternoon from Host Virtual, our web provider. crazyhotel.crazyhotelworkers.com is our main server. This will affect most CrazyHotelWorkers services. We will restore service as quickly as possible once the patch/reboot is done.
